The Receiver Head of the IR-2400 is Placed on the TV to extend the IR control of the Audio Video Products. Please note picture,the Tiny round Dark Red circular portion of the IR-2400 is the actual receiver.The larger 3" longer part of the IR-2400 is the termination that will hide behind the TV or cabinet.To be used with the P-1205,the IR-2400 can be extended on any 3 conductor wire, you can even use 3 wires of a cat5 wire or even speaker wire.The P-1205 has 3 screw terminals for the IR-2400 or any IR Receiver.Please see instructions for more detail.
